Food Vendors

Our outdoor enthusiasts work up an appetite!


Are you ready to be a food vendor at the Wagner Subaru Outdoor Experience? If so, check out our guidelines for 2018, then apply!

Applications must be submitted no later than May 1.

Applications received after May 1 will not be considered for the 2018 event.

All applicants will be notified by email of their approval status within 30 days.

Approved applicants will then need to submit payment to secure vendor spot (within 14 business days of approval notification).

Approved applicants will be emailed a Food Vendor Agreement to be signed and submitted with payment.

Food Vendor Application

  • Fee Structure

    Self Contained Full Service Food Truck Fee: $300 (Payment received by July 1) Specialty or "Snack" Vendor Fee: $200 (Payment received by July 1) Late Registration Fee: $75 USD (Payment received by August 15).
  • Please include tow vehicles, tents, and any set up beyond your trailer or truck
  • Logistics

    You will be assigned a set-up time on Friday, October 5 between 12:00-7:00 pm or Saturday, October 6 7:00-9:00 am. Vendors must arrive within their assigned time. Placement will be determined by arrival time. Please read the full Food Vendor Agreement for details.
  • Note: If chosen as a vendor, this does not need to reflect your final order.
