The 2019 Food Vendor Requirements

All OutdoorX Food Vendors must comply with our requirements. These include: remaining open during all event hours and 100% compliance with our waste free initiative.

  • Fee Structure

    Self Contained Full Service Food Truck Fee: $350 (Payment received by July 1) Specialty or "Snack" Vendor Fee: $250 (Payment received by July 1) Late Registration Fee: $75 USD (Payment received by August 15).
  • Please include tow vehicles, tents, and any set up beyond your trailer or truck
  • Logistics

    You will be assigned a set-up time on Friday, October 4 between 12:00-7:00 pm or Saturday, October 5 6:00-9:00 am. Vendors must arrive within their assigned time. Placement will be determined by arrival time. Please read the full Food Vendor Agreement for details.

January 7, 2019 – Application process opens

May 1, 2019 – Application Deadline

June 1, 2019 – Acceptance Notification

August 1, 2019 – all food vendors are required to meet with our sustainability coordinator, Tim Pritchard to discuss how your operation will manage our waste free requirements at OutdoorX prior to this date
