All Wagner Subaru Outdoor Experience Food Vendors must comply with our requirements listed in the guidelines below.

Food Vendor Application

  • Fee Structure

    Self Contained Full Service Food Truck Fee: $350 (Payment received by July 1) Specialty or "Snack" Vendor Fee: $250 (Payment received by July 1) Late Registration Fee: $75 USD (Payment received by August 15).
  • Please include tow vehicles, tents, and any set up beyond your trailer or truck
  • Logistics

    Set-up is Friday, October 2 between 12:00-7:00 pm or Saturday, October 3 6:00-9:00 am. Vendors must arrive within these assigned times. Placement will be determined by arrival time. Please read the full Food Vendor Agreement for details.
