In addition, please be aware that you may be identified, photographed or recorded and that such photography and recording may be used for promotional purposes and in any medium, without compensation to you.

Please stop by Information Central to ask any questions you may have regarding the activity and then turn in the completed waiver at Information Central. Parents or guardians must sign for anyone under 18 years old.
