Self Contained Full Service Food Truck Fee: $400. Specialty or "Snack" Vendor Fee: $300. Pop-up Tent Rental Fee $50.

Logistics
Set-up is Friday, October 4 between 12:00-7:00 pm or Saturday, October 5 by 9:00 am. Vendors must arrive within these assigned times. Placement will be determined by arrival time. Please read the full Food Vendor Agreement for details.

Our food vendors are chosen based on their commitment to compliance with our Waste Free initiative requirements. Included in that, we require all food vendors to order compostable service ware from a contracted provider identified by Five Rivers MetroParks for this event through a bid process. Selected food vendors must be able to sort compostable, recyclable and landfill materials during operation at the event. MetroParks will provide staff and volunteers to pick up these materials for proper disposal. Are you willing to fully take part in the waste free initiative?*
